We pride ourselves on the quality of the customer support we offer, over the phone, via e-mail or using our dedicated online support portal. All customers can expect us to respond within an agreed SLA and have access to all queries they have raised with us.


With help guides and training materials available for all DB products and a support portal that helps you answer your questions as you type we aim to be second to none when it comes to supporting your school.

 

Training
For the products we offer that require training DB offers an on-site training service. One of our product experts will visit you and talk you through how to use our products to best meet your need. We can cater for sessions of between 1 and 10 people and are happy to organise larger sessions and presentations as appropriate


Consultancy
