DB Education Conditions of Use

Parties: We are DB Education Services Ltd of 2nd Floor, Aspect House, 84-87 Queens Road Brighton BN1 3XE. You must be either aged 18 or over, or have your school, college or organisation's consent to use the DB website.

• Our Service: A Website providing a general electronic resource service, which may include, but is not obliged to include, the following facilities:

• Access to publicly available Internet site

• Access to relevant educational information and resources collected, stored and arranged by us

• Facilities to launch and operate your own website

• Facilities for storage of personal information, including website addresses [and content] and your own materials and information

Digitalbrain Registration: Registration is personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to change the basis on which registration is offered or to expire registration if we feel it is appropriate to do so.

Use of the Website: You may use the Website and any further software we supply to you in relation to the Website only as specified in the instructions appearing on the Website for your own personal use or for educational, non-commercial purposes. If you wish to use the Website in any institution, e.g. school, library, college, you must apply for a separate licence for this purpose.
